i made this the over the weekend for dinner.
chilie verde that is. i highly recommend it.
i omitted the jalapenos and lets be honest
was not terribly strict at following the amounts listed
but i did follow the method and boy was it tasty.

i also made some rice (brown rice cooked
with salsa, s & p, cumin, and bit of butter)
to go with it
which i thought was a nice addition.
we then had it for leftovers with shredded chicken
added instead of pork.

i think this might be going on the list
of faves.

yum, we are definitely missing good mexican food options here in st. louis, so I am always looking for recipes to make at home, this sounds delicious.
