kale salad.

i made this kale salad recently and thought it delicious. 

i loved the avocado in the dressing to make it creamy. 

i did not use green garlic, but rather scallions, 

and still delicious (or spicy...according to declan...

but he thinks everything is spicy).

i also had no farro or grains on hand, so skipped that part.
